The Role


We are looking for an experienced consultant to work with various sectors such as transport, social and healthcare, education, urban infrastructure, economic development, water, waste and sanitation, power and utilities, and public finance and management.


Key Responsibilities


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Identifying deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues;
  • Conducting analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them;
  • Understanding transaction structure and basing it advised on structuring issues.

Requirements


To qualify for the role, you must have:


  • An MBA from a premier institute with good academic background and high scores in finance, economics, and management subjects;
  • Experience of 0-3 years in a relevant post-qualification role.
