Job Title: Oracle ERP Finance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP finance professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in configuring and supporting core finance processes.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, enhancing, and supporting General Ledger (GL) and Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, including Cash Management, Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets flows. You will partner with finance stakeholders to translate accounting and reporting requirements into functional solutions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support GL and SLA rules, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration across ERP and EPM systems.
  • Partner with finance stakeholders to deliver solutions for cash management, payables, receivables, and fixed assets accounting flows.
  • Build and maintain key delivery artifacts, including configuration documents, functional design documents, and technical design documents.
  • Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and subledger-to-GL tie-outs.
  • Ensure delivery quality across development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot accounting issues, and deliver process improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business users across global teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP with a strong focus on GL and Subledger Accounting. Key skills include hands-on configuration of accounting rules, ledgers, chart of accounts, journal entries, and subledger flows. Familiarity with cash management, payables, receivables, and fixed assets subledger modules is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are also required.

  • Oracle Certifications in ERP Financials (GL, SLA, FA, CM, AP, AR).
  • Experience with OIC integrations, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and CI/CD practices.
