Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling and on-brand graphics for all social media channels.
  • Design high-converting assets for our ecommerce platform, including web pages, promotional banners, and email campaigns.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of product packaging from initial design to print-ready files.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate remotely with marketing and product teams to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and physical design projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • A strategic mindset that understands marketing goals and consumer behavior.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on graphic design experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Graphic Designer role or higher.
  • Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio that demonstrates proven, high-quality work in social media designs, ecommerce designs, and product packaging designs.
  • USA Time Zone Availability: Willingness to work core business hours that overlap significantly with the USA Pacific Time Zone.
  • Remote Monitoring Software: Willingness to install and use remote monitoring software for time tracking and productivity management.
