Job Overview

This is a full-time, fully remote role requiring US hours (3 pm - 12 am IST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization and building strong client relationships.
  • Ideate, manage, and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend.
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations.
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (cost-per-click, click-through rate, cost per action, return on ad spend, lifetime value, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets.
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients.
  • Expand to new, innovative platforms when relevant.

Technical Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)

Accountabilities:

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients.
