Job Title: Financial Services Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of target businesses, encompassing their market positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Lead client engagements as a senior consultant, overseeing projects and reviewing reports to provide valuable insights.
  • Interpret and analyze information memoranda, business plans, and publicly available data on the target business.
Deliverables:
  • Produce high-quality reports (Excel and PowerPoint documents) within agreed timelines, briefing stakeholders accordingly.
  • Analyze historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets, as well as projections and underlying assumptions.
  • Evaluate operating trends, quality of earnings, maintainability of EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows considerations.
  • Identify key issues related to the deal, assess their impact on valuation/price consideration, and advise on ways to address them.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Foster independent relationships with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management procedures and activities.
  • Proactively resolve risk issues in delivering services to clients with Partner support.
  • Maintain a strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes.
  • Effectively build and manage a team, serving as a role model, mentor, and coach.
  • Pursue business development, proposals, and cost estimates.
