Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to execute projects in diverse areas of technology and patent services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide team members on client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service
  • Ensure high quality delivery and timely completion of projects; maintain 100% compliance with client service level agreements.
  • People Development
  • Contribute to training and upskilling team members as required; provide in-depth feedback and feedforward to team members on various projects as needed.
  • Operations
  • Meet individual and project-level targets; ensure timely delivery of internal and external reports; execute various processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Miscellaneous
  • Display effective and responsive communication; participate in learning and development activities at various levels; support various business unit-wide initiatives as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering with a minimum 3+ years of experience in infringement analysis/claim charting.

Experience working in telecom as a technology domain is required; experience in Wi-Fi is an added advantage.

Keywords to be looked for in resumes: 3GPP, 6G, 5G, 4G/LTE, WLAN, Wireless, Telecom, Wi-Fi, ETSI, IEEE, IEEE 802.11.

Must have done 20 claim charts.
