Retail Sales Associate

At the heart of any successful retail operation is the sales associate, responsible for creating a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions, including sales returns, credit notes, and debit notes
• Handle and record branch-to-branch transactions, including freight inward and outward
• Prepare daily sales reports and cash-in-hand details, segregating cash sales and credit sales

Sales associates must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet those needs.
