Lolino Cafe is a fast-growing **F&B brand with 5 branches** across the region, known for serving **premium cakes, fresh creams, authentic chaats, and delicious continental dishes**. We pride ourselves on delivering **exceptional quality, outstanding customer service, and a vibrant dining experience**. We are currently hiring an **experienced and professional Cashier** to join our team at our **Thalassery branch**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle all **point-of-sale (POS) transactions** efficiently, including cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain **cash drawer accuracy** and reconcile daily sales at the end of each shift.
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism, ensuring a **smooth and pleasant checkout experience**.
- Work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure **order accuracy and timely service**.
- Monitor stock levels at the counter and alert the supervisor of shortages.
- Maintain **hygiene and cleanliness** in the cashier and counter area at all times.
- Assist in **promoting daily specials, offers, and new menu items** to customers.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the branch manager immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of cashiering experience** in a café, restaurant, or F&B outlet.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Ability to handle **fast-paced service hours** with accuracy and efficiency.
- Honest, punctual, and customer-focused attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in **F&B retail chains**.
- Knowledge of **upselling and cross-selling** techniques.
- Multilingual ability (Malayalam, English, Hindi preferred).
