About Our Client Engagement Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist.

In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients, responsible for welcoming them, understanding their key challenges, and guiding them toward the most suitable next step in their journey.

This is a consultative, client-facing role where your focus will be on building trust, simplifying health concepts, and ensuring that clients feel supported and understood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 video consultations with new clients to discuss their health goals and challenges.
  • Active listening skills are essential to understand clients' needs and provide tailored guidance.
  • Educate clients about our holistic health process in simple terms, highlighting the benefits and outcomes.
  • Provide empathetic guidance on the most suitable next steps, ensuring clients feel confident and empowered.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records of all consultations to ensure seamless communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Psychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to adapt to different client preferences.
  • Comfortable with video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet) and able to navigate technical issues effectively.
  • Empathetic, confident, and good listener with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and presentable for client-facing video calls.
  • Passionate about holistic health, lifestyle improvement, and wellness, with a genuine interest in empowering clients.
