AI Consultant Engineer

This is an opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in cutting-edge AI consulting. The successful candidate will participate in a structured development program that provides hands-on exposure to Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, and data-driven transformation projects.

The role involves working under the guidance of our Gen AI CTO, gaining practical experience in designing, prototyping, and delivering AI-powered solutions. The candidate will also develop consulting skills that prepare them for a long-term career in AI and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in training sessions covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, and data fundamentals.
  • Shadow senior consultants during client sessions and delivery squads.
  • Support the design and development of AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, CX, cloud, advisory).
Requirements:
  • Recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Technical foundations: Exposure to Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics.
  • Mindset: Curious, ambitious, analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn.
