Procurement Strategist

Mohan Impex is a leading organization seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategist to drive procurement excellence across PAN India.

1. Purchasing Strategy Development: Design and implement effective purchasing strategies, policies, and processes to enhance business performance, aligning with operational needs and objectives.
2. Cost Management: Analyze and manage procurement costs, leveraging cost-effective purchasing strategies to optimize expenditure.
3. Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential procurement risks, developing contingency plans to ensure seamless operations.
4. Supplier Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving conflicts promptly to ensure smooth transactions.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and compliance of procured goods, implementing quality control measures to guarantee customer satisfaction.
6. Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing excess or obsolete stock to reduce waste.
7. Procurement Oversight: Supervise the procurement of goods and services for the organization, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
8. Vendor Management: Develop new vendors, maintain accurate vendor records, and select suitable suppliers to meet organizational needs.
9. PO Management: Generate purchase orders (POs), track PO performance, and maintain comprehensive purchase records.
10. Communication: Collaborate with project heads and department personnel to assess purchase requirements, facilitating seamless communication.
11. Price Analysis: Analyze price proposals from suppliers and company financial reports to negotiate the best possible prices.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,50,000 - ₹10,50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
