Global News Anchor Position

The role involves presenting news, shaping narratives, driving conversations, and engaging with a discerning audience across television and digital platforms.

  • Present daily and/or weekly news programs focused on respective regions (US, UK/EU, MENA, or Asia-Pacific), delivering timely and insightful coverage tailored to that geography.
  • Present live segments during breaking news.
  • Deliver sharp, well-researched explainers and commentary on geopolitical and socio-economic developments.
  • Host interviews with global policymakers, experts, and regional commentators.
  • Interface with field reporters and stringers based in assigned regions.
  • Deliver in-depth analysis and breaking news on global affairs, international conflicts, diplomatic developments, and economic trends.
  • Host live interviews and debates with leading global experts, diplomats, policymakers, and thought leaders.
  • Lead coverage during major international events such as summits, elections, crises, and multilateral meetings.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should possess strong journalism or international relations background, excellent research and presentation skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements-
  • 5-10 years of experience as a news anchor or journalist with a focus on international news for Senior Anchor position.
  • 0-5 years of experience as a news anchor or journalist with a focus on international news for Junior Anchor position.

This is a full-time opportunity with benefits and migration assistance, open for eighteen months.
