Job Title: Data Governance and Compliance Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the execution of our ambition to leverage data as a strategic asset for actionable insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement data principles, governance framework, data ownership, and operations for designated areas.
- Ensure adoption of FAIR data solutions across legacy landscapes to produce FAIR data at the source.
- Gather and implement data requirements coming from business functions, teams, and stakeholders.
- Validate data ideas, concepts, and features with internal stakeholders from all levels of the business.
- Facilitate cultural change by improving data literacy through training, education, and increasing data consumption.
Accountabilities:
- Deliver key milestones and deliverables on time, in quality, with full buy-in and support of country and global teams.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years' experience in Operations roles.
- Experience working in data and system configuration workstreams, ERP/systems implementations, and/or global business transformations.
- SAP MM experience is mandatory.
- Languages: English is a must, and additional languages preferred.
