E-Commerce Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Team Lead to oversee the growth of our clients' online businesses on various e-commerce marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, robust analytical abilities, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a data-driven mindset.

This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and lead by example in driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Drive client business growth through strategic planning and execution across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  3. Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and drive business outcomes.
  8. Stay ahead of market changes and competitor activities to ensure proactive strategy adjustments.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead by example.
  6. Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces, trends, and emerging technologies.
  7. Strategic thinking, with a focus on long-term business outcomes.
  8. Results-oriented, with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
