Job Title: Technical Lead (E-Mobility)

A German subsidiary is a leading provider of electrical condition monitoring systems, with a focus on electrical safety. We offer tailor-made solutions for various applications, including power generation, industry, hospitals, and the electric vehicle ecosystem.

We are seeking an experienced technical lead to join our team and contribute to the growth of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills and expertise in E-Mobility technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of E-Mobility technologies, including EV charging, battery management, power electronics, insulation monitoring, and vehicle electrification trends.
  • Analyse emerging technologies such as solid-state batteries, bidirectional charging, wireless charging, megawatt charging, etc., and assess their impact on our product portfolio.
  • Identify gaps in our existing solutions and propose technical modifications or new product development to align with future market demands.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Account Management Team, R&D, and product management to define product evolution strategies for APAC.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, product management, or sales engineering in the E-Mobility sector.
  • Expertise in power electronics, battery safety, high-voltage systems, EV charging, and electrical safety.
  • Understanding of emerging E-Mobility technologies such as V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid), energy storage integration, and AI-based predictive maintenance.
