About the Role:
The Associate Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the organization's data repository, preparing reports, and providing support to the Compliance Officer. This includes reviewing and interpreting regulatory circulars and guidelines, assisting in gap analysis, and collaborating with various departments to ensure comprehensive compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the organizational data repository related to regulatory compliance
* Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using advanced Excel spreadsheets
* Assist the Compliance Officer in reviewing and interpreting regulatory circulars and guidelines
* Conduct gap analysis on new regulatory guidelines to ensure implementation
* Collaborate with various departments for comprehensive regulatory compliance management

Required Skills and Qualifications:
