Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Design Manager to lead our team of 7-8 PDs and CDs. Your primary responsibility will be to decipher technical complexities and distill business decisions into clear design responses. You will also partner deeply with cross-functional teams, including PM, Engineering, Research, Data Sci, and ITSM leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and mentor a team of 7-8 PDs and CDs
  2. Develop strategic viewpoints and drive design excellence
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience leading teams of designers across geos
  • Global product experience
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, chat, spoken)
  • Strategic viewpoint and desire to push boundaries
  • Ability to develop team members
  • Hands-on skills in creating and sparring with design teams
  • Excellent design portfolio
