Job Title: Academic Instructor in Fashion Design


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced academic professional to join our faculty team as an instructor in fashion design. This role involves teaching students in various aspects of fashion design, including garment manufacturing technology (GMT), pattern making technology (PMT), draping, textiles, and fashion illustration.


  • Mentor students in developing their skills in core fashion subjects and guide them through academic projects, creative portfolios, and industry-aligned assignments.
  • Participate in curriculum development, assessments, and academic reviews to ensure the highest standards of education.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to create a cohesive learning environment that fosters growth and creativity among students.


Qualifications & Experience:

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in fashion design or equivalent is required. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in teaching and/or industry in GMT, PMT, draping, and textiles is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have exposure to industry-driven learning and academic innovations.
