Faculty Position in Fashion Design

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced educator to fill a full-time faculty position in fashion design at our esteemed institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lectures, studio sessions, and practical demonstrations in core fashion design modules.
  • Mentor students in garment manufacturing technology, pattern making technology, draping, textiles, fashion illustration, and collection development.
  • Guide students in academic projects, creative portfolios, and industry-aligned assignments, fostering their growth and professional readiness.
  • Collaborate in curriculum development, assessments, and academic reviews, ensuring the highest standards of quality and relevance.
  • Participate in organizing workshops, exhibitions, and industry-linked activities, promoting experiential learning and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of teaching and/or industry experience in GMT, PMT, draping, and textiles.
  • Strong design and technical skills with hands-on knowledge of fashion processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire creativity in students.
  • Awareness of current fashion trends, technology, and sustainable practices is preferred.
