SRE Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SRE Architect to drive reliability-focused solutions, support pre-sales activities, and shape SRE strategy and implementation for diverse industries.

This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality services and supporting client engagements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding client environments, pain points, and reliability goals through discovery workshops and technical assessments.
  • Designing and proposing tailored SRE solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Defining SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and reliability metrics.
  • Architecting scalable, resilient, and observable systems.
  • Leading reliability reviews and other initiatives.
  • Collaborating with sales and solution teams to support RFPs/RFIs.
  • Creating solution presentations, demos, and technical proposals.
  • Representing the SRE team in client pitches and industry forums.

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years of total experience with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of SRE concepts and principles.
  • Experience working on AI-Driven Observability & Monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
  • Prior expertise working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Incident Prediction, Root Cause Analysis, and Blameless Postmortems.
  • Prior experience working with Automation & Self-Healing Systems.
  • Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Prior experience working with Incident Management tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to architect scalable, resilient, and observable systems.
