As a Lead Service Designer, you will play a key role in shaping new propositions and developing solutions that meet the needs of users, businesses, and technology stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to uncover market trends and opportunities for new propositions.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies and facilitate collaboration with users and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the opportunity space.
  • Apply systems thinking to create optimized ecosystems that balance user, business, and technology priorities.
  • Challenge assumptions and develop new insights through behavioral analysis and design expertise.
  • Validate concepts and propositions with users and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to teams and stakeholders throughout projects.
  • Collaborate with product teams to plan and prioritize features for rollout based on business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Service Designer.
  • Proven ability to think critically, hold complexity, and navigate multiple layers of an organization or service.
  • Experience working in the financial sector, with a strong understanding of industry nuances.
  • Ability to work closely with emerging technology teams to drive innovation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and getting buy-in for proposals.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments.

Must be able to work from Hyderabad and co-locate at client offices twice a week.

Nice to have: Experience or curiosity about blockchain and its applications, experience working in startups or using lean startup methodologies, comfort with UX/UI design capabilities.
