As a seasoned AI/ML specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting cutting-edge solutions that redefine creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI-enabled products that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent advancements in foundation models.
  • Develop high-performance Search and RAG systems, including data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Create evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, with a focus on polyglot approaches and open-source models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with expertise in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray being a plus.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with experience in technologies such as Python, LlamaIndex, LangChain, Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems, or working with vector databases.
