Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Intellectual Property Portfolio Manager to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our comprehensive intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, designs, and copyrights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all intellectual property assets using IP Management systems.
  • Ensure timely filing and renewal of patent, trademark, design, and copyright applications.
  • Perform thorough research and analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with intellectual property portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments related to intellectual property.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in intellectual property management, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IP Management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
