Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone, while also promoting an atmosphere of teamwork and achieving common goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations into theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents, gathering evidence and interviewing relevant parties as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and departments, ensuring open communication and effective collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete reports in a timely manner, including daily activity logs and incident reports.
  • Partner with management to ensure that all security protocols are followed, including conducting regular safety inspections and reviewing security procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly and professionally to guest concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
