As an interior design specialist, you will be responsible for creating functional and beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of designers, architects, strategists, brand designers, and other professionals throughout all phases of the project.

Your focus will be on designing workplace interiors for corporate clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop comprehensive design concepts that meet their expectations.

You will apply your outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients. Your attention to detail and technical abilities will ensure that designs are cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other team members to develop comprehensive design concepts
  • Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills
  • Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans and specifications
  • Create realistic renderings and animations to enable clients to visualize design concepts
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories to ensure cohesion and aesthetic appeal
  • Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD, Photoshop, and Enscape
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors)
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work and design style
