**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtualization Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our virtual infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience working with VMware ESXi, Microsoft Windows Server, and Veritas Netbackup. You will work closely with the Systems Engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of our virtual environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement virtual infrastructure solutions using VMware ESXi, Microsoft Windows Server, and Veritas Netbackup.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to Virtualization (VMWare), Horizon View VDI, Microsoft Windows Server, Veritas Netbackup.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Engineering team to ensure the availability and reliability of our virtual environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 3-6 years of experience in installation, configuration, management, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of VMware ESXi/Windows Server.
  • Active Directory Domain, DNS, DHCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of VMware vCenter High Availability, Dynamic Resource Scheduler, etc.
  • Practical knowledge of virtualization solutions from vendors such as VMware, Citrix, Veeam.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and in-depth knowledge of Windows/ESXi platform.
  • Solid understanding Of TCP/IP networking.
  • Familiarity with security issues and best practices in Physical and virtual environments.

**Preferred Additional Skills:**

  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Perl, Shell, VMware API).
