Sales Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating product enquiries, taking ownership of projects from start to finish, and providing exceptional customer service. This includes visiting customers to clarify technical queries, preparing and submitting techno-commercial proposals, and following up on quotations and orders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Enquiry generation for our product range, focusing on powder handling systems.
- Project ownership from initiation to completion.
- Customer visits for technical discussions and data collection.
- Preparation and submission of techno-commercial proposals.
- Quotation and order follow-up.
- Payment tracking according to payment terms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Powder pump knowledge and understanding of powder handling processes.
- Efficient process development and costing.
- PFD and PID development with project teams.
- Equipment sizing and specification preparation.
- Technical proposal creation with procurement teams.
Benefits:
- 7-8 years of experience in sales of capital equipment, particularly in the powder handling/chemical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
