Job Title: Senior Consultant

We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead our team in designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and reliable systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Murex environment management, with experience in auto-scaling solutions, Kubernetes cluster management, and cloud cost optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement auto-scaling solutions for non-production environments
  • Collaborate with Murex teams to integrate and optimize scaling capabilities
  • Manage and fine-tune Kubernetes clusters to ensure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Support and optimize application server setups and end-of-day processes
  • Identify and troubleshoot environment bottlenecks, providing sustainable engineering solutions
  • Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams
Requirements:
  1. Must have 8+ years of experience in Murex environment management
  2. Strong Kubernetes expertise, including deployment and management of applications in Kubernetes clusters
  3. Understanding of auto-scaling strategies (HPA, VPA, Cluster Autoscaler)
  4. Familiarity with Helm, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and service discovery
  5. Proven experience designing and implementing environment automation or optimization solutions
  6. Familiarity with Murex application architecture (EOD processes, batch jobs, Murex settings, Parameters and configurations)
