Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and maintain platform solutions. This includes collaborating with project teams, solution architects, and stakeholders to design and build solutions that meet customer requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing integration components, migration scripts, configuration setup, dashboards, alerts, etc., in the platform based on customer requirements.
  • Providing continuous feedback to improve actions needed for a great customer experience.
  • Preparing and developing POCs (Proof of Concepts) and presenting them through technical presentations.
  • Working with cross-functional team members to develop, deploy, and maintain platform solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong computer science fundamentals, including Networking, Process, Memory, and data structures.
  • Min 3 years of total experience in developing and deploying distributed systems in Java, Python, Node.js, Golang, JavaScript.
  • Basic knowledge of RDBMS systems and experience writing Queries to various datastores.
  • Proven experience using software development tools, such as git, Jira, Jenkins, etc.
  • Prior experience in public or private cloud platforms is required.
  • Experience building REST API and integrating other systems.
  • Knowledge of large-scale application concepts like scaling, log management, Monitoring, and alerting.
  • Exposure to SAAS systems and NOC operations is an advantage.
  • Extensive experience working with Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Must have experience working with customers/clients in deploying and managing software products.
  • Good Communication Skills and experience interfacing with product managers, support engineers, and the engineering team.
