Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management
    • We require the ideal candidate to draft and negotiate contract terms with vendors and agencies, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
    • The successful applicant will be responsible for onboarding new contract workers, providing necessary resources and information, and managing their offboarding when contracts expire.
    • Ensuring all contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements, as well as organizational policies, is a critical aspect of this role.
    • Monitoring contract start and end dates, renewals, and performance metrics is also essential.
    • Maintaining an organized system for storing and accessing contract documents is crucial for efficient operations.
  • Contract Worker Engagement and Performance
    • The ideal candidate will serve as a point of contact for contract workers, addressing concerns, and ensuring clear communication about expectations and performance standards.
    • This role involves working with managers to assess the performance of contract workers, providing feedback, and addressing any issues.
    • Identifying training needs and providing opportunities for contract workers to enhance their skills and knowledge is vital.
    • Implementing strategies to improve contract worker retention, such as fair compensation and benefits, and fostering a positive work environment, is key.
  • Vendor Management
    • We need someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and vendors.
    • Monitoring vendor performance and ensuring they meet contractual obligations is essential.
    • Identifying opportunities to optimize costs associated with contract workers is a critical responsibility.
