Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development and execution of technology-driven products. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy based on market trends, customer insights, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and create a product roadmap.
  • Develop and manage the product lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met on time and with quality.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks to team progress, facilitating smooth development cycles.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for seamless product launches.
  • Stay customer-focused by anticipating feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Make strategic decisions, resolve conflicts, and advocate for the product's vision within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of product management experience, preferably with a software or tech background.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (SCRUM), and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Python, .NET, Java, or Node.js.
  • Proven ability to manage product backlogs, track progress, and coordinate across teams.
