AI-Powered Bot Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Bot Developer to join our team and leverage AI-driven technologies to create innovative digital products.

  • Design and deploy large language model (LLM) powered bots for auto-reply systems, content summarizers, and viral thread generators.
  • Integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases for seamless interaction between Reddit comments and LLM responses.
  • Fine-tune and open-source LLMs such as Llama 3 and Mistral for bot-specific tasks like persona mimicry and NSFW filtering.
  • Optimize cost and latency by implementing model quantization, caching, and hybrid rule-based AI logic.
  • Implement stealth measures such as human-like delays and randomized phrasing to enhance bot effectiveness.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Python programming with experience in Tweepy, PRAW, AsyncIO, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • Experience with LLM integrations, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
  • Understanding of detection tactics and ability to implement IP rotation and CAPTCHA solvers.
  • Knowledge of scalable infrastructure solutions, including AWS Lambda, FastAPI, Docker, and Redis for rate-limiting.
  • Proficiency in data management using Vector DBs, PostgreSQL, and Firebase.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience building Python bots and working with LLM integrations. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, prioritize scalability versus cost tradeoffs, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
