IAM Quality Assurance Role

The role of IAM Quality Assurance plays a pivotal part in the Identity and Access Management initiative.

Our objective is to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient identity lifecycle management by stabilizing and enhancing the existing SailPoint IdentityIQ environment.

This effort aims to improve data quality, reduce operational risks, and lay the foundation for automation and future scalability across our identity infrastructure. We aim to maximize existing investments in SailPoint, CyberArk, and AWS by aligning identity governance capabilities with business and security objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test cases for SIT and UAT to ensure products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.
  • Collaborate with different project team areas, providing updates at daily stand-ups and functional calls.
  • Record accurate test results in JIRA and capture evidence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and share learnings with team members.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in using Identity and Access Management suites or other access provisioning tools.
  • Familiarity with computing platforms, operating systems, and databases, including Windows, UNIX, Azure, CyberArk, Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL), Mainframe, Lotus Notes, SAP, and Active Directory user access administration protocols.
  • Knowledge of Java programming and SQL.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and troubleshoot technical problems.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a QA role.
  • 4+ years of experience working in IT Security related projects, access controls, Identity and Access Management.
  • University Degree (Bachelors) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
