As a Scientific Visualization Specialist, you will combine scientific expertise with creative design skills to produce accurate and visually appealing materials. Your work includes scientific illustrations, graphical abstracts, journal cover images, infographics, posters, brochures, and more.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling graphical abstracts representing the essence of scientific studies.
  • Analyze scientific manuscripts to identify key visual elements and concepts.
  • Create storyboards outlining the visual narrative, ensuring alignment with scientific content and objectives.
  • Generate initial sketches illustrating visual concepts, collaborating closely with researchers, writers, and clients to refine and finalize the visual representation.
  • Review peer outputs to ensure they meet client expectations and are delivery-ready.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/PhD degree in STEM fields (Biology/Biotechnology/Medicine/Chemistry/Physics/Engineering).
  • 3-5 years of experience in scientific graphic designing, communicating science through visually engaging output.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Creativity and ability to comprehend complex scientific concepts.

This role requires one technical assessment and one interview round.
