Principal Scientific Content Specialist

The Senior Medical Writer position integrates medical expertise and writing skills to develop high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials.
This challenging opportunity requires a deep understanding of clinical research and effective communication. As a Senior Medical Writer, you will collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive medical communications strategies.
- Create and write high-quality, client-ready scientific, medical, and educational content such as slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, MSL/training slide decks, infographics, congress and meetings materials, literature searches and reviews, standard response letters/medical information letters, and HCP engagement content.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, internal and external stakeholders including authors, reviewers, and key opinion leaders across therapeutic areas.
- Effectively communicate with team members, authors/faculty, clients, and vendors.
- Attend workshops/seminars/trainings to enhance your skills and contribute to organizational objectives.
- Apply scientific and creative knowledge to develop innovative ideas and execute effective medical communications initiatives in the digital space.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields of scientific writing.
- PhD/MD (Pharmacology) OR PhD (Life Sciences) OR PharmD with a solid understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
- A clear, concise, scientific writing style, with a high level of attention to detail and excellent language skills.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with clients.
- The ability to adapt your writing style to different materials and target audiences.
- Fundamental knowledge of biostatistics.
- Literature reviewing and evaluation capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
