We aim to ensure that all learners achieve strong reading comprehension, fluency, vocabulary, and literary analysis skills.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading our reading programs, collaborating with teachers, and driving initiatives to enhance literacy skills among students.

  • Develop and implement engaging reading programs for students of all ages and academic levels.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to design curriculum and instructional strategies that promote reading excellence.
  • Provide professional development opportunities to enhance the skills of teaching staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our reading programs on a regular basis.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English (Post-graduation in language and literature is desirable).
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in teaching reading and literature at K-12 level.
