About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Biology Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for fine-tuning large language models using your analytical and English comprehension skills.

This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in Biology, particularly at PhD-level programs.

  • You will break down complex biological concepts into simple explanations and work efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Candidates should have good research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with LLM researchers to align problem types with evaluation goals and contribute to defining new evaluation benchmarks based on Biology curricula.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and solve challenging Biology problems for large language models.
  • Develop high-quality solutions with clear reasoning.
  • Collaborate with LLM researchers to ensure problem types align with evaluation goals.
  • Contribute to defining new evaluation benchmarks based on Biology curricula.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Desktop/Laptop setup with a good internet connection.
