Oracle Cloud Contract Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Contract Management professional to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional solutions to clients.

Your primary focus will be on managing service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing. You will work closely with clients to design and configure Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules (contract templates, workflows, and integrations).

You will have hands-on experience with Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules, as well as knowledge and experience in supporting PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations. Familiarity with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks and ability to ensure compliance is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service and supplier contract agreements
  • Design and configure Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules
  • Implement Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules
  • Support PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules
  • Strong expertise in managing service and supplier contract agreements
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations designing and configuring Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules
  • Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations
  • Familiarity with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
