Senior Facebook Ads Manager Position

Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Facebook Ads Manager to oversee the development and optimization of high-impact campaigns across various channels.

  • Develop and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on conversions, leads, app installs, and video views.
  • Analyze customer actions and create A/B testing strategies for content, ads, audiences, and placements.
  • Design a data-driven campaign structure, combining insights with creative strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze data from Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or MMP to inform campaign decisions.
  • Proactively expand budget based on performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, and CVR.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience running Facebook Ads with a large budget.
  • A strong performance mindset, with the ability to quickly test, deeply optimize, and expand with control.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, and other related tools.
  • Knowledge of analytics and attributes, including last click, view, and other relevant metrics.
  • Experience in e-commerce, services, online courses, real estate, finance, or other fields preferred.
