Job Title: Program Manager Nutrition Lead

The program will be responsible for driving strategic planning, technical leadership, and management to strengthen the organization's nutrition portfolio and ensure impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute towards reviewing and updating strategy from time to time in consultation with senior advisors and heads of programs.
  • Develop comprehensive plans, delivery models, monitor frameworks and scale-up roadmaps for new and existing initiatives and programs.
  • Identify and initiate strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Lead and organize sectoral meetings, roundtables, consultations, and workshops as per plan.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD, Master's or a Diploma in Public Health Nutrition, Community Health, Global Health, Public Health, Food and Nutrition policies and programs, Public Policy, Development Studies, and related disciplines.

They should have 15 years of experience in public health nutrition, food and related program development, research and policy, prior experience in philanthropy and grant making, experience in research and program evaluation, landscaping and gap analysis, curating problem statements, theory of change, logical framework analysis or results framework.

Excellent communication skills, knowledge of field realities and social complexities with a focus on communities, team player, proficient in computer skills, respect and practice diversity, equity and inclusion are also essential.

Requirements:
  • PhD, Master's or a Diploma in relevant field.
  • 15 years of experience in public health nutrition, food and related program development, research and policy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of field realities and social complexities with a focus on communities.
Working Environment:

Mandatory travel to different locations in the country, including remote areas, at least 10-15 days in a month. Fixed Term Employment.
