As a seasoned sustainability professional, you will embark on a mission to help organizations navigate the complex landscape of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) challenges. In this role, you will combine your expertise and our innovative tools with the goals of clients to clear the way, step by step, turning complexity into clarity and purpose.

About This Opportunity:
  • You will lead discovery conversations with senior executives and sustainability leaders to understand their ESG challenges and requirements.
  • You will tailor and deliver demos of our platform, mapping capabilities directly to identified client pain points and ESG standards.
  • You will be the go-to expert in prospect conversations - able to answer technical queries on ESG standards, frameworks, carbon accounting, compliance, and assurance.
  • You will prepare solution proposals and decks post-demo that outline how we address client challenges, including solution design, value articulation, and next steps.
  • You will nurture partially qualified prospects through thought leadership, peer analysis, case studies, and ROI calculations.
  • You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure consistency of message and teamwork to win and retain business.
About You:
  • 3-6 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability advisory, or pre-sales for an ESG SaaS product.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and assurance practices.
  • Experience conducting client discovery, building business cases, and delivering demos in enterprise B2B environments.
  • Excellent storytelling skills – able to translate technical ESG and compliance requirements into business impact.
  • Comfort with preparing solution documents, proposals, and ROI models that resonate with CFOs, CSOs, and board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to prepare peer benchmarking and market insights.
  • A consultative, client-first mindset with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
