About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Development Lead to join our team.
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with business goals, ensuring a clear roadmap and timeline for delivery.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, to translate requirements into actionable user stories and development tasks.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities, maintaining a clear understanding of customer needs and preferences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in product management or product ownership roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities- Define and prioritize product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, advocating for user needs and preferences throughout the design and development process.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing product strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving project plans. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.
