Branding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our organization at Tring, India's Largest Tech-Enabled Celebrity Engagement Platform. This role involves developing impactful relationships, creating mutually beneficial collaborations, and turning brand visions into successful campaigns.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Design and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives to maximize value and ROI
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with the celebrity team to propose tailored celebrity solutions for clients, leveraging industry trends and market insights
- Track performance, analyze ROI, and optimize future partnerships to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation
Requirements:
- Proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or marketing strategy with a focus on collaboration and relationship-building
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills to drive successful partnerships and achieve business objectives
