Junior Presales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Presales Consultant at Citiustech Healthcare Technology Private Limited.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team by preparing engaging presentations, conducting research, and collaborating on customer interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development of high-quality presales materials and presentations that showcase our product solutions.
- Supporting the sales team in understanding product features and benefits through expert knowledge and market insights.
- Participating in customer meetings and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer needs.
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and trends that can drive business growth.
- Collaborating with technical teams to prepare demos and proof of concepts that demonstrate product capabilities.
- Maintaining and updating the presales knowledge base and resources to ensure seamless customer interactions.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A basic understanding of sales processes and techniques is also essential. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
