Financial Management Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Management Expert to join our rapidly growing team. As an Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our finance function by overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and providing insightful financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, billing, and reconciliations with precision and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely monthly closures of the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Maintain statutory compliance for GST, TDS, PT, and PF/ESIC filings.
  • Support audits with detailed schedules and documentation.
  • Generate meaningful management information reports and provide valuable insights on expenses, collections, and cash flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 5-7 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GST/TDS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Zoho Books or similar systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
