Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead architecture design and build projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • Foster effective communication with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Identify and resolve project changes and issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and issues.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve project management processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, including plan development and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
