Job Title: Strategic Corporate Sales Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to lead our corporate sales efforts in the premium gifting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing high-performing sales teams.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B corporate sales in the premium gifting industry
  • A strong corporate network with established relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, HR heads, and decision-makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations
  • MBA preferred
About the Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management
  • A deep understanding of enterprise sales dynamics and corporate networking
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to manage a team responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and outreach
  • An ability to oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue through bulk corporate sales in the region
  • Build and expand relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, HR heads, and decision-makers
  • Maintain long-term partnerships with corporate clients and event planners
  • Establish partnerships with corporate gifting agencies, distributors, and concierge services
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and outreach
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
