Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Admission & Outreach General Manager/Associate General Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to attract quality students, promoting the university nationally and internationally, and directing staff in the Admissions Office to handle parents and students efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan and execute various strategies to attract high-quality students and enhance annual admissions numbers.
  • Organize campus tours for prospective students and parents to showcase infrastructure facilities and faculty expertise.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Office to design and execute exhibitions and open houses at schools and polytechnic colleges.
  • Coordinate student admissions from various parts of the country, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Visit school campuses and polytechnic colleges to provide information about academic programs.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, hoardings, etc.
  • Supervise staff working in the Admissions Office, motivating them to achieve their best.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree holder with additional professional qualifications an advantage.
  • At least 12-15 years of relevant experience in admission and outreach, preferably in education institutions.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a team member.
