Job Overview

The role of Technical Project Manager is a key position in our Tech Ops PMO team. This professional will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project management support to ensure successful client implementations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a working knowledge of Talogy solutions and platforms to guarantee project success.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to create comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, task sequencing, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and facilitate planning sessions to build consensus among project team members and stakeholders regarding project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create, communicate, and maintain detailed project schedules, status reports, and risk management plans.
  • Identify, track, and address project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during implementation.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, friendly, and professional communication and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate project plans to ensure they meet SLAs, KPIs, and other expectations related to costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster collaboration and open communication across teams to drive project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a project management environment is essential.
  • Education/certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software, such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Demonstrable evidence of effective collaboration, multitasking, and workload prioritization skills.
