We are a pioneering fintech organization seeking an innovative leader to spearhead our social media and email marketing initiatives.

About the Role:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.

- Oversee WhatsApp marketing strategies for customer interaction and lead generation, ensuring seamless integration with email marketing campaigns.

- Lead and optimize email marketing campaigns to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, utilizing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily social media operations, ensuring content aligns with our brand's voice, tone, and style.

- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the fintech industry.

- Strong proficiency in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing, with expertise in social media optimization and content strategies.

- Proven ability to handle and manage a dynamic team, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing activities.

- Excellent communication and writing skills, creating compelling content for diverse audiences.

- Strong analytical skills to track campaign success and suggest improvements, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and fintech.
